Why Hire PMPALLC?

There is a need to know what HAS been on the property and what IS happening on the property 24/7/365 and have it recorded and saved in the “cloud” for retrieval at your request and needs. Here is a list of thoughts from experience that you will be able to know about.

Let’s start with, are you getting what you are paying for?

  • What is your security guard[s] doing or not doing, night and day, sleeping, playing on their phone, sitting in their car, leaving the post, just doing nothing?
  • What is your night patrol doing or not doing, checking all the doors or a camera walk?
  • What is your day porter doing or not doing, avoiding particular clean up issues?
  • What is your landscape company doing or not doing, leaving a mess, blowing into drains and stopping them up, filling tenant’s dumpsters?
  • What are your maintenance people doing or not doing, really fixing the problem or temporary patching?
  • What is your repair or other contractors doing or not doing, hit and miss repairs?
  • What are your night cleaning crew doing or not doing or are they even showing up?

This list is just a starter of what we have seen and watch for.

WHY RENT CAMERAS AND NOT PURCHASE?

Technology is always advancing; we advance with it as is warranted.

  • We maintain and repair. If something goes wrong, we fix it or replace it.
  • Please remember there is no wiring necessary for our cameras; batteries are recharged by solar panels. One hour of sunlight in a four-day period and we are good to go.
  • Lower initial cost [please request to see various plans or a customized plan] and very little disruption on the property during installation.
  • We download and store 100% of the information at your request or you can download. The memory audio/video information can be retrieved anytime as needed from our cloud and transferred to you.
  • We keep up with the rapid changes in technology. When technology has sufficient improvements, we change the cameras to provide the best service and technology. [We stay ahead of competition and you have the best available]
  • You have enough on your plate, this is one less thing; put it on our plate.
  • Just click on your computer or smartphone and see what is happening at any time on your property.
  • We offer a variety of plans for you to review for your property recorded videos and reports.

Please call or email.

THINGS GO BUMP IN THE NIGHT, SOMETIMES IN THE DAY.

Where are the homeless on your property, (they are everywhere these days) and importantly, what are they doing? Some or most of their activities are disgusting and costly to you. THEY MAKE PEOPLE VERY UNCOMFOTABLE. THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A HARMLESS HOMELESS ON A COMMERCIAL PROPERTY.

  • How many and how often are the panhandlers active on your property?
  • How often are drug deals going down on your property?
  • How often does illegal alcohol consumption take place on your property?

These are just a few.

SOME BIGGER BUMPS.

Break-ins and Burglary happen and need to be recorded. Our cameras are 30 or more feet in the air with no wires to cut and are recording 24/7/365. [insurance and law enforcement by cell phone or computer or both]

  • Fights, gunfire, prostitution on the property.
  • Cars doing “burnouts” or “donuts” on the property [causing rocks and debris to break glass and do damage, often to people].
  • Drug deals on the property.
  • Gangs gathering on the property.
  • Smash and grab from the parking lot.
  • Graffiti and vandalism can happen day and night.
  • Dangerous, illegal cut throughs on the parking lot.
  • Overnighting trucks and cars on your property.
  • Abandoned vehicles on your property.
  • Illegal dumping or use of your or your tenant’s dumpster.

Again, a few to think about.

FEW MORE REASONS.

  • How is your lighting?  (night and stormy days, change of seasons)?
  • How is your drainage on stormy weather events?
  • Are dumpsters adequate in size and numbers?
  • Is your sprinkler system watering your landscape or your concrete?
  • Are tenants’ employees using appropriate parking spaces?
  • How often are the Police patrolling your property?

Again a few to think over.

When you find it necessary to “lockout” a tenant. We can set up a camera system that will motion detect entry or activity on the space or building. When the situation no longer requires the system, we remove it. Remember we are not wiring it. If placed on the interior it can or will run off the batteries or an extension cord.

SOME THOUGHTS.

You are thinking of purchasing or managing a property new to you. Permission granted by present owner; cameras can be temporarily (permanent upon request) set up to record 24/7 for as long as needed. This gives you very valuable information and knowledge. If selling the property, use it as a tool for you or your agents to use all or edited versions.

Notes:

  • WE CAN DESIGN A PLAN TO REVIEW YOUR RECORDING AND REPORTING NEEDS OF ANY INFORMATION YOU REQUEST.
  • We can and will be creative in all our endeavors.
  • Installation can be on light poles, roofs, sides of buildings, customized, and utility poles with appropriate permission from the utility companies.
  • Interior installations will be battery operated or wired unless a solar panel can be attached within 3 feet of the camera. We can wire upon request. In the “lockout” situation we can use batteries or extension cords if cameras are on the interior.

This store has been broken into twice in 10 days. The boarded-up window is from 10 days before the newly broken window. When the thieves broke in 10 days earlier, they immediately cut the wires to the surveillance cameras and disabled and carried the system away. Therefore, there are NO pictures or videos. The second break-in was before repairs were completed to the system. At PMPALLC our system is completely wireless, 30 plus feet in the air, 24/7/365 recording, and is accessible with a Smartphone or desktop. We would have pictures of them going in and coming out. Plus, pictures and hopefully license plate of any vehicle they brought to the property or left the property in. Police can look up on their cell phone immediately upon response. Insurance companies can have a copy for their record and settlement.
