First and foremost, there are still only 24 hours a day. Owners, property managers and maintenance need time. We are here to help. Every location has its own personality, differences, and its own needs. Security and safety needs to be addressed at every location. Years of experience has proven there are no “cookie cutter” solutions to commercial properties. The level or measures of security, safety, and maintenance cannot be determined until the property is thoroughly “need” evaluated.
The inspection is intended to provide detailed reports of all aspects of the property. We note homeless and panhandlers on and around the neighborhood, signs of copper, or other theft activities. We do a complete property lighting and electrical exterior outlet report and make sure you are code compliant. We look at everything- examples, signage, parking, potholes, etc., we attach code compliance, regulations. We even check with a certified meter the Lumens of light at night. IT IS THOROUGH. All inspections will be performed using recordings, audio/visual, and photography for your review.
